Yale
Hi,
Thanks for checking on Yale. "Yale" is now âCharlieâ and he is doing really well! Iâll attach some photos. He is almost potty trained and Can sit and give high fives.
In his pamphlet it says lab mix but I think he is boarded collie. Do you know more info about him? Do you have any early photos of him?
Thanks,
Christina
Yamille
We are in love! YaMille is now Harley. He is a dream come true! Very well behaved, obedient, loves going places with us and provides us with love 24/7. Harley filled a void in our lives that we have had since the loss of our 17 year companions over 3 years ago. My biggest concern was his tolerance of our toddler grandchildren which he handles well. His tolerance lasts about the same length of time as ours. Harley finds a quiet place, away from the commotion until they pack and go home-3 days can seem like forever! Lol
Jessie
Thank you so much for the follow up email! Joe and I could not be more in love with Jessie :)
Please take a look at the attached pictures, which are from our "quiet" moments at home-- when we are out and about, Jessie keeps us too busy to take many pictures!
So far, Jessie knows the commands "sit", "home", "stay", and "potty". We're still working on "come", but I am pretty sure she is a genius! She's about 75% potty trained...we still have an accident most days, but we know she's still a puppy and don't expect her to be perfect. Jessie sleeps in the bed with us at night- she is *not* a fan of her crate, but we are continuing to crate train for short periods of time during the day.
She makes us smile almost constantly- between her butt wags when we walk into a room, and her puppy zoomies. She also makes everyone we run into smile. So far we have taken her to the Lake Worth Famers Market, where she was super social. She even played gently with a few toddlers, which was phenomenal! We also have taken her into Downtown Lake Worth, where everyone we met on the street fell in love with her.
Jessie loves playing outside, playing fetch, chasing her tail. snuggling with Joe and I, and playing with the other cats and dogs in our neighborhood. Once she is 4 months old, we play to enroll her in agility classes. We're also looking forward to taking her to the dog park, once she has all her shots, which is Friday!
We cannot thank the Justin Bartlett organization enough for giving us the chance to adopt, and for bringing Jessie into our lives. We will continue to keep you updated and stay in touch as she gets older.
All the best,
Joanna and Joeâ
