Kippy
Hi! We'd love to be part of your success story page :)
Here's our update:
Rexy (formally known as Kippy) is doing so well, we couldn't be happier that she chose us to be part of her family, we love our fur baby so much! She enjoys lounging on the lanai, lots of belly scratches and playing with her toy mouse and is quickly become daddy's girl in less then a month! She's adjusted so well and we really can't imagine life without her now. Thanks to Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue and especially Janelle, who went above and beyond to ensure the transition was smooth for all of us, thank you.
Kamen
we love our little dog. We renamed her "Caico" after the Potcakes' origin
in the Turks and Caicos Islands. She is smart as a whip, learned how to sit
and lie down and rollover in a week. She waits whenever asked for anything
from crossing the road to getting her dinner on the ground. So long as we
give her something to chew on, she hasn't done and bad puppy things, like
chewing on shoes or furniture etc. She also pees on command and is almost
there with the other. Though we take long walks every day, or two a day,
this trick comes in handy. She is not a barker, but does join the
conversation in the neighborhood on occasion. She makes a real effort to
engage the cats, who are interested but too cool to join in the fun. Our
male cat, however, has taken to hiding behind things and jumping out at the
unsuspecting pup. that is their game. I would recommend this breed to
anyone who wants a well behaved, fun, affectionate, smart, quiet little
dog. thank you!!!! Pix of Caico sleeping in cat bed. she is too big for
this one, though she prefers the other cat bed to the dog bed we got her.
Krissy
Krissy is doing great. She has quickly become an important member of our family. She
is a very well behaved, although sometimes stubborn, girl.
We love her and want to thank everyone in your rescue group for the opportunity to
adopt her. We would especially like to thank Jennifer and anyone else that fostered
her for doing a great job and Marylin for the help in going through the process.
Thank You
Alan and Joelyn Holdsworth
