Sunny
Sunny

Sunny is doing ok…chewing on a bone near my foot at the moment. He is attached to me. The adjustment has been difficult as one of my cats is petrified and will not leave the bathroom The rat terrier part of Sunny is very hard - we are used to purebreds and not used to a dog that jumps higher than the counter tops, terrorizes the cats and eats walls. He is quite aggressive to strangers and kids outside, so this is also quite the challenge. So far he has been ok with our two year old although his hyperactivity then spurs our child to be hyper with Sunny. We certainly have our challenges. Now he is sitting on my lap licking my hand. When he is calm and cuddling and sleeping on us or even playing with his toys – he is a pleasure and perhaps one the cutest dogs we have ever had.

Spade

Hello! Spade is doing great, and we already can't imagine life without him! We did change his name to Boomer, because that's where we adopted him. He and our older dog, Mugsy, who is 8, get along better than I ever could have imagined, playing a lot! House breaking is a bit more of a challenge than I was expecting, but he does well in his crate at night, and is growing fast. We are so happy to have him in our family, and thankful to you and your organization for all you do so that other families can experience the same love and joy. Speckles

They are doing wonderful thank you. Catherine, Candy, Shorty and Cher
