Julia Sugarbarker

Hello Kathy, Sorry for the late response but I've been trying to find the time to sit down and write the perfect email and explain everything that we've experienced with Julia (AKA Blaze as in Blaze and the Monster Machines, my son's favorite show.) Blaze is adjusting very well and we love her so much. She made herself right at home enjoying her new beds, toys, balls and our fenced-in backyard. She loves to go on walks and we have recently trained her on the bicycle so she can get all of her energy out. She loves to sunbathe in the backyard and be around us all the time. She is so great with my son and has really been a joy to have around. We started to notice a few things like her being a little nervous around other dogs and strangers that were coming to our home, she became very protective and scared so we wanted to make sure that we took the correct actions to help her with her issues. Therefore, she is currently in a 2-week training program over the holiday with some trusted friends that own a dog daycare/board and train business. They're working with her on her basic commands and helping her with her anxiety around people and dogs to try and make her a more confident dog so she's not so scared. I have attached several pictures, probably overboard but we want you to see how happy she is and how happy she makes us. There are also a few and they're from her daycare training place so you can see how much fun they have and how well she is already doing and being around other dogs. Josephine

Josie has been such a wonderful pup, and has quickly become the center of our universe. She's sweet, innocent, affectionate, and quite the hugger! She has many friends who love to visit her and puppy playmates eager to greet her on our walks around our neighborhood. She's growing like a weed and it's amazing to see how she matures mentally and physically with each passing day. She has quite a distinctive personality, and I am at peace knowing that I picked the right dog for our family. I was only 2 minutes into the adoption event when I saw her, and I immediately knew she was the one. I didn't bother to look at any other dog, I just knew in my heart of hearts that she was going to be my puppy princess daughter and I would be her new daddy.

Jonas

Good Evening Kathy, Leo, aka Jonas, has settled in nicely. Be is a spunky, bouncy boy. He loves to jump and oh boy can he jump high. He is full of energy and loves running and playing. He is just like any child in that he takes out all of his toys to play and strolls them everywhere. Most importantly he is such a love bug. He loves being with family. We love and adore him and are thankful to have him in our family.

Jellow

Hi Kathy! Thanks for following up on Jellow. Jellow is now ZEN. First and foremost, thank you all at Justin Bartlett for all that you do. We are a dog and animal loving family. We just lost our 13.5 year old yellow lab mix 4 months ago...Karma.... and were devastated. My husband and I only recently got married at 50 years old! I brought Karma and Summer (beagle mix to the marriage) and he brought two chiauahas to the table) Buddy and Poppy. See the pic before Zen attached. We came together and had 4 dogs. After Karma passed away, I knew in my heart we needed to rescue another. We saw Jellow and knew he was the perfect little man for our house. (Not so little already!!!) Please know that he has an amazing home with us. Marilyn Greenberg is a Facebook friend and follows us. Please feel free to friend me if you want to follow Jellow Zen's life. Jujube

Hi Kathy! We ate so excited to have Jujube in our family, by the way his name now is Wally, he is a happy puppy who loves to run in the backyard and play with balls and the children. He is doing a great job with housebreaking ,he is so smart! He enjoys curling up on our laps and giving kisses, lots of kisses while getting his belly rubbed 😍 He has a big apetite so he is growing fast!
