HI Kathy THank you for your email. Amie is doing as well as can be now that her severe urinary tract infection has been cleared up when she first came here. She is getting daily medication for her seizures since she has had a few. The Vet doesn't know why she has them but they are quite severe and I am sure that was the main reason as to why she was abandoned. After a seizure it is almost like she doesn't recognize her environment or anyone and goes around re-exploring the area and yard like she has never been there before. I am still working on her getting to know her name but no reaction. Happily since she has been having her seizure medication she has finally ventured around and doesn't only stay 80% on her pillow. She still doesn't interact with my other dog but my kids love petting her and leading her around. She also loves her beach outings! I have attached a picture after I had her trimmed down and I am happy that she is slowly warming up to us. Regards Nina Dormans

Annie

Annie is doing great and we love her very much. Our 5 year old German Shepard is very happy to have a playmate. They do very well together. Thank you again for all you do for these beautiful gifts from God.

Artimus

Artimus is doing great! He's a really good cat. Follows all the procedures.... eats alot, and he and my other cat are bonding well. He was a good addition.

Andy

Hello Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue! Our Andy has settled in so well and he has completely transformed our lives! He is the most energetic, fun-loving, spunky companion we could have ever asked for. Andy had a rough start. Soon after we took him home, Andy developed a cough and was hospitalized for three days. Even though Andy had only been a part of our life for a short moment, we were devastated and very concerned. The vet staff at Lund Animal Hospital gave him so much love and great care he was back home in no time! Andy was a whole new puppy once he felt better. He is running around like a crazy puppy! Andy is so friendly to each and every person (or other dog!) that walks by! Everyone LOVES him we can't walk down the street without someone stopping to ask us about him (we always like to add that we rescued through Justin Bartlett)! Thank you so much Justin Bartlett Rescue for allowing us to have Andy in our lives! Everyday is a new adventure with him and we cannot wait to watch him grow :) We will keep everyone updated on Andy's progress and growth! Thank you again, Ashley and Jason Skolits

Hi Kathy, April (now Miss B) is doing great. We took her down to visit you at the last poker run in Wellington. Since Miss B has been with me she has gained 4 lbs. She has been to the vet and got all her shots and is good health. She goes to work everyday and enjoys visiting with all the workers and to greet customers. We are so glad to pass on the positive experience we have had with Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue. If at any time you would like to stop by and visit please feel free.
