Ella as we call her, is a very adaptive dog. She is sweet, smart, playful and loving. She settled in to her home right away. She is great with her foster mom's my tween daughter and her friends, has respected their little dog's boundaries and has been very active at the dog park. She loves to play... She will retrieve balls in the house all day long if you have the time. She especially loves the squeaky ones.

Ella does well with lovingly strong & consistent leadership. She is very responsive and must have had some basic training as she is responding quickly and wants to please someone who will work with her.

Ella will do best in a home that has older children so she isn't surprised by unpredictable movements. She requires daily exercise and mental stimulation and would love a home with a gated yard to run in or someone who would take her to the park daily and provide her lots of toys to chew and chase through out the day. She would benefit from being with someone who can invest time in behavior modification training to overcome some anxiety issues   

She is housebroken, crate trained and sleeps through the night. She will let you know when strangers approach, but is easily soothed and will keep your patio free of lizards.
Her coat is so soft and shiny and she is a good snuggler and car rider.

She is a wonderful pet and companion and is ready to go home with someone kind, loving and deserving of this little angel.
