Meet Mandy.  Or as I like to call her, Mushy Mandy because she is a complete and total mushy lap cat!  All she wants to do is sit on your lap and have her belly rubbed.  She is one of the sweetest kitties we have ever had.  Mandy is super playful and super mellow! She will let you hold her and carry her around.
