Little Andy has the sweetest underbite, don't you think?  He's a teeny little guy weighing in at 10 pounds, and estimated to be about 3 years old.  We think he's a pug/chihuahua mix, but whatever he is, he sure is CUTE!  Andy's a quirky little guy - his foster mom reports that he loves to eat fruits and veggies!  He is dog friendly and super easy-going, he will be a great addition to his forever family!  Andy is on an inexpensive, daily medication, but this should not be a deterrent for someone who would like to add this little cutie to their family!
