Sandy is a very special little girl.  She has had a lot in her little life.  She was miss treated by
her owners, she was attached by another dog and she had to go through heart worm treatment.
Sandy is very sweet girl once she knows she can trust you. She will just be standoffish.  She will slowly come to you.  Sandy would do best in a one dog home or another small dog.
