My name is Dixie and I'm a Manchester Terrier which is like a Miniature Pincher but cuter (if I do say so myself)! I'm only 1 1/2 years old but I am wise beyond my years! My foster mom helped me get used to the idea of being in a crate and also house trained me! My previous owners allowed me to get pregnant when I was only a few months old. I took care of my 3 puppies as best I could and then we were rescued! Everyone told me what a good mommy I was and one-by-one my 3 babies found great homes. I kept hoping that someone would pick me but all along I know I've been waiting for you. I'm allergic to cats - and by "allergic" I mean that I am super curious about them and no one is quite sure what my intentions are; its better if you don't have one. My dream family is active and has kids and another dog for me to play with. They will let me curl up with them to watch movies, sneak me treats when no one is looking, and will let kiss them on the nose! I'm a wriggly, sweet bundle of puppy love just waiting for my forever family to scoop me up, look into my big brown eyes and say, "We're going home Dixie!"
