Niquita
Niquita

We renamed Niquita to Gypsy and she is doing great. We have been taking her to a trainer and she is a fast learner. She get lots of walks, playtime, and love. She loves the dog park, beach, and people. Thanks for all you do at the rescue. Alan & Cathy Gardner

Uber
Uber

Hi Kathy, We have renamed Uber to Kira. She has been just a delight since we got her. Please thank the foster mom/dad for doing such a wonderful job with her. We have had no accidents in the kennel at night (where we place her) since day one!!! She gets along beautifully with our other dog. She is going to Justin Bartlett Animal Hospital tomorrow for her rabies shot. Let me know if you still want pictures. Thanks, Louise Blankenhorn

Omarosa

Hi! Omorossa (now named Luna) is doing amazing! She is currently 30 pound of just cuteness. She knows how to sit, stay, lay down, walk on a leash, and sleep in her crate all by herself!

Jenna
Jenna

Hello Kathy, Sorry for the delay in my response. We have been very busy with Carlee (Jenna) since she joined our family. She has had multiple trips to Lund hospital (including today). She has yet to have a solid bowel movements and consistently has watery diarrhea. This is her second course of medication including multiple blood screenings and is scheduled for an ultrasound next week. She is the same weight when we got her and is quite emaciated. We are working with the doctors at Lund to give her the best care. As of right now they are treating her for a pancreatic disorder that she will most likely have to deal with for the rest of her life. I am extremely happy that your organization got her out of Puerto Rico when you did. I feel with the current state of their condition proper treatment would have been impossible. I will keep you posted of her progress. Thank you, (pictures to come when I get some weight on her) Joan Perez
