Hello. My name is LEONA - such a pretty name for a beautiful girl. I am a sweetheart of a dog, a little shy and submissive when we meet but I quickly overcome my shyness and wag my tail with happiness when I get to know you. I walk well on a leash and I'm so very, very loving. I get along with other dogs and, if I'm taken out on a schedule, I am housetrained. I don't have a cat in my foster home but my foster mom said that I don't chase cats when we're out on one of our four daily walks.  My foster home does not have a fenced yard but I love to go for walks and be with my humans. The first word that comes to everyone's mind when describing me is "sweetheart, perfect little dog."  I've completed my Heartworm treatment, and I'm ready for my forever home.
