Yanko is a sweet boy.  It is hard to tell he is vision impaired.  He does have some vision and gets around without any difficulty.  According to groomer he is most likely a Portuguese Water Dog or mixed with Tibetian Spaniel.  No small kids due to vision issues.  He is crate trained and house trained if kept on a schedule.

update:  One eye was surgically removed and one had cataract surgery to restore his vision. His new home will be required to give daily eye drops and see an eye specialist twice a year for standard care.
